"It has been and still is a blast, and seems like no time has passed", is how Kristian Alfonso (Hope) of Days of our Lives talks about her 30th anniversary being on the show.

The Fox network has rolled out its schedule for fall 2013-2014, promising that the entire year will comprise new shows creeping into the schedule in a seemingly ad hoc manner "we will play with order patterns," said Kevin Reilly, Fox Broadcasting's entertainment chairman. He noted the 15-month order for The Following, which broke out to become 2012-2013's most watched new show.
"There's no magic number," he said. "Shows will premiere and be staggered throughout the year. They will premiere in the spring and arg into the summer. They will premiere in the summer and continue into the fall. We are going to try to break out of the confines of the traditional broadcast season," Reilly continued. "Our goal as a network is virtually year-round original programming and we're going to get pretty close to that this year."
Plus, much to the delight of fans of the extremely popular 24, the series will be reprised as a compressed, 12-hour "event series," featuring former 24-star, Kiefer Sutherland (now out of a job thanks to the cancellation of Touch), returning as Jack Bauer. Additionally, there is another event series on the line-up, this one from M. Night Shyamaian called, Wayward Pines. It stars Matt Dillon as a Secret Service agent unraveling a complex mystery that occurs in a small town in Idaho. Neither 24 or Wayward Pines are scheduled at the start of the season.

Who should Elizabeth choose?
To some longtime fans, this is a no brainer. Should Elizabeth choose Nikolas or AJ? Nikolas is without a doubt smoking hot. He’s kind, sweet, sexy, honest, reliable, and very intelligent. Nikolas would lay down his life for his family and friends. I can’t imagine any woman turning the Prince down. So in my mind, Nikolas is the perfect choice for Elizabeth. Nikolas is the man who could make Elizabeth very happy.

It could mean that our show (or the one we work on) is getting picked up. Or, it could mean that we find out our show has been cancelled. I know a number of people who are now out of work thanks to network cancellations. The good news is that there are a fair amount of new shows that have been picked up to replace those cancelled. Hopefully, a fair amount of these will be shot in Los Angeles, to keep our entertainment professionals employed.

It’s been more than a decade since actor Michael Nader’s Dimitri Marick stepped foot in Pine Valley, but thanks to Prospect Park’s The OnLine Network, longtime fans can look forward to reuniting with Nader’s brooding character when he returns to the beloved series on June 3rd.

Even though the inevitable was there, hearing the reality of it is hard to accept. Jeanne Cooper Soap Icon Dies.
I had to stop what I was doing and say to myself this can't be true, or maybe this is a new soap opera twist, but then the reality sunk in that daytime TV and the entertainment industry lost one of it's greatest and I lost a true friend.
